Dear Ebay Team India,
I am going through a terrible experience -
Ordered thru on 27th November'13 with credit card payment
Seller sends a message that delivery on way thru bluedart (a tracking number also given)
After 3 days i get a message that refund initiated as delivery cannot be done
On my querry by email to seller he also regrets and requests me to cancel order as blue dart not supporting delivery (how on earth they got the tracking no only they know)
I now get a mesage from ebay has autogenerated refund as delivery not on schedule
After two days I get a mesage that refund is now on hold as inquiry on
Exchanges on chat phone still on..it is now more then 30 days no progress
Now I have learned to keep Ebay at Bay.

You have fancy way of clinging to customer money called Ebay Gauarantee ( if you raise a claim in one, god only knows when you will get your money Back)
I am sure for Ebay team India i am just one of poor old customer but before going to consumer forum I will surely write and even talk to US directors, so that they can bring some culuture in Ebay india.

ebay is worst when it comes to customer care and processing refund.
I had the worst experience when i received a totally useless broken product and the terms of refund were so unfair that i never got it done. The voice agents are totally rude and i have shifted to buying from other sites
