Dear Sir/ Madam,
During festivals I have purchased a mobile from your online portal via COD payment mode, however post receiving courier I found it faulty as mobile is over heating during usage, I have registered a complaint regarding the same and my complaint number is 2448984, now almost it's about to next month end after purchase but yet no one came for pickup, so it's my humble request to do the needful or urgent basis or I will launch a complaint in consumer Forum, I never expected such a poor service from ebay.
Please take an urgent action on my request so that I can get timely replacement.
