Check the below mail for ebay and seller being partners for not refunding for fake products. Seller id : 2012fragrance9, contact me on my mail id : hosabettasunil@yahoo.com

I Have claimed that "The perfume is 100% fake nad want a it replaced or want a 100% refund." on your site so now I would like to see what you guys can do for the so called EBAY BUYER PROTECTION POLICY.

I have done this as I was receiving calls from you guys to leave a feedback for the tansation but no one responsed to the mails which I Have sent so far complaining about the your seller selling fake items.

Hi Ebay,

As expected did not get a response in regards with the below mail which clearly indicated that EBAY is for sellers protection side and have sellers who sell fake and duplicate items to make money.

It for sure now that I am not going to make any transaction on ebay and would also recommend my friends and colleagues that we get all fake products on ebay.

Very bad experience.

Hi Ebay members,
My ebay id is sunilhosa and I had made a transaction to buy 4 perfumes from your site. I bought it from your seller 2012fragrance9 and let me tell you that I have been using fragrances from years and just on my friends recommendations I took the pains of making any ID on ebay as he said that we get good products at really good rates.
But, sorry to say that all the 4 perfumes are fake . The reason is given below:
1) They have dust particle in it.
2) They are overfilled.
3) The bottles are old and are with second hand caps.
4) One of the bottle is leaking.
5) One of the bottle (Dunhill Blue) the steel cover was not attached to the bottle indicating that it was refilled and repacked.
6) None of the perfume fragrances were matching the original.
7) The packing quality was really very bad, the bottle in couple of plastic sheet and then into a plastic bag.
On top of all this, the seller shipped me a free gift “Camay perfumed shower gel” whose mfg. date is 12/10. Looks like the seller wanted to clear his old dead stocks with his fake perfumes as free gifts.
Also for the shipping, May 2, 2012 was the last date for entering the shipping details. I received a mail on May 2, 2012 at 11.47 PM from ebay that the seller has shipped the item via the Trackon courier : 700016144660 and then I get another mail from the seller on 4th May stating that “parcel is out for delivery through AFL Courier. The awb number for the same is 700016144660”. When I received the parcel the AFL slip had the date of 2nd May.

So here are couple of questions for which I want answers:
1) Why is ebay allowing sellers to sell fake perfumes on ebay ?
2) If I had not noticed the mfg date of the free gift which is expired and used it and had some skin reaction, would ebay had taken the grantee of my medical expenses?
3) The seller entered the Fake shipping details just before the day ended so that he can mark the item is shipped in the time and then mail me the actual shipping details on May 4, 2012 ,isn’t this wrong ?
4) I ordered the perfumes on 30th April and got the item on May 7, 2012, does it takes 7-8 days to get the item delivered in the same city like Mumbai?
5) What is the authorization the seller has to sell these fake products on like with your help?
This is a really a bad experience what I had for my first transaction and for sure I will not be making any more transaction on your site as you are allowing sellers to sell fake products.
As per the talk with your person on 1800 no, I know I can claim for the refund / replacements but I have no hopes that I will get one and also I do not want all that hassles that someone keeps on calling me to settle the transaction with the refund / replacement.
But, YES, I want an answer for all the above questions and would also what a response on what action was taken on this seller who is selling fake products on your site.
Hoping to get a response from ebay if they really think they are not promoting these type of sellers who are selling FAKE products.

If one requires I can provide you with the mails and photos..

Hi Sunil

I am also an agrieved person like you. In my case the seller has sent two sarees in place of four and to make it heavy one waste books was put into it. I have taken all pains to get refund of item but invain. Ebay is equally helping the seller and removed the negative feedback put by me againt the seller. His status was upgraded to power seller. This had not been possibe without combine conspire of ebay and seller. This totally unfair trade practice and we should totally stop online shoppings as I have already done. This is best way as preventiion is better than cure.
