Fake/Fraud seller : gadgetsadda2011

Bought a JD lighter from this seller on upfront payment: http://stores.ebay.in/gadgetsadda2011
Received a fake, damaged lighter. But still the seller and suspiciously a person named 'Parag' who calls himself an ebay executive had been calling me and wanted me to give positive feedback to the seller. To compensate they promised me to send a Sony OEM earphone, which on receiving turns out to be another fake, non-functional product.
I want strict action against such sellers who sells fake products and then harass you on phone/email for positive feedbacks.

hi , i would like to request all buyers that please be selective before purchasing.
i can see many branded items are soooo cheap on ebay.in and all ebay sites.
how could once accept a original RAY BAN glasses for Rs 500, NIKE ORIGINALS just below Rs 1000, G STAR DRESS for just Rs 800,REEBOK BAGS FOR Rs. 499, J.D LIGHER for just Rs. 199.
come up guys you should know before purchasing them. no whole-seller or even a company can sell any thing for that cheap.
DON'T BECOME VICTIMS WITH THESE TYPE OF SELLERS.
this happens not only on ebay but all online stores.
