Dear Sir,
We have ordered one toshiba laptop through E-Bay and received the same on 29th Feb 2012 from Ayyan Technoshop, Udaipur, India. I got the Wi-Fi connection to that laptop after 15 days from the internet centre in Bharathidasan University, Tamilnadu where i am studying. After some days i came to know that if the Wi-Fi is getting disconnected then the system also hanging up and most of the times while doing the shun down its hanging up. Then i complaint about this at toshibha custumer care through email and call. they asked me to clear the problem with REDIGTON toshiba service center at trichy, tamilnadu.
In the past 10 months i have faced the following problems with this laptop.
1. wi-Fi cord changed
2, changed new mother board
3. changed new base part
4. changed new hard disk
5. now again fac ing the same problem with Wi-Fi cord.
I think u have given a failure piece to me. n the past 10 months, nearly about 6 months it was in the service centre only..... Kindly replace this piece with a new one since i am facing a lot of problems with this piece.....
