I purchased one iPhone 4s from eBay.when I received item was not as given description then I complain to change phone again I seen that mobile was refurbished mobile not new .I talk to seller and seller told to send me back will refund money after that I courier mobile to seller and seller confirm in mail marking me also he received item and process refund money . I ordered mobile on 31march 2016 .so many times I called to customer care send email also they always told will refund this date this date give us last time sir always giving fraud promise .they are nothing doing anything simply telling like that will refund money still I didn't get my money it's almost 2 month over .it's my first time purchase in eBay and facing issue to refund money.its very worst company I never seen like that company.please refund my money I will never purchase anything in eBay and never suggest to my frends colleagues relatives anything from eBay.
