FREEGADGT1 Philips QT4019 for purchase of Rs. 10001 – 20000 from 21st March 00:00:00 Hrs. IST till the 10th April2013 23:59:59 Hrs. IST.

Bought New Dell S2240L 21.5" 22" Full HD LED Ultra Wide Monitor with VGA,HDMI Port(190818936810)using PaisaPay ID 33456801559 for Rs. 10,889.99. PaisaPay payment was approved on 08-Apr-13. I paid the order total of Rs. 10,890.00 using State Bank of India online bank transfer (Rs. 10,889.99) and eBay gift voucher FREEGADGT1 (Rs. 0.01). The FREEGADGT1 gift was Philips QT4019 for purchase of Rs. 10001 – 20000.

On 21/05/2013 I received the gift packet Ref # 33456801559 by Blue Dart AWB # 69010204874 and on opening the packet I was shocked to see that instead of "Philips QT4019" i was shipped "Panasonic ER 206 KK". It was least expected from ebay.in. My years of trust has been broken.

AS COMMITTED, EBAY MUST SHIP THE PHILIPS QT4019 AT THE EARLIEST. AN EARLY RESPONSE IS HIGHLY SOLICITED.

I have used same Coupon Code FREEGADGT1, there is no intimation of dispatch of gift and all my queries to customercare are simply being escalated with wait time of 24 hrs to 7 days (whichever customercare representative deemed fit on his/her mind) but not a single email/phone call from ebay..PATHETIC..
