I would like to know how or through what means can a feedback be disputed.
Could you make it very clear and specify on what basis and what policies do buyers break when you agree to remove feedback.
Buyers who have been refunded leave negative feedback, how can we dispute it?
Also I am not sure but there used to be a section on ebay where we actually could dispute the feedback. Where has that section gone?
