not received the item yet/ no refund also

hello sir, I have ordered one white shirt in december 2012,Item ID:251187972370 It is not delivered yet. I asked you to refund my money, But you have not responded yet...what is this.. I have disappointed a lot. Please refund my money as early as possible.

Ebay has cancell my order when i enquired they told it is due to security reasons. And it is almost 26 Days i did not got my refund and when i am contracting the Customer care i am not getting the proper information and response.

Once they told it is in process, again they told we have to contact seller, again after some day they told that it is hold, again few days after they approved,and afetr somdays they told that server is down so they could unable to transfer they will transfer today, and after 3 they told my claim is still in hold.

Disaster servise from Ebay, shame on it...

I have purchased a mobile phone. Item ID: 281102431482 on May07, 2013. Shipment was shipped on 7th itself and it reached Kolkata airport on May09, 2013. Since, then the status is not updating. I tried to enquire about it from the courier company and came to know that it has been detained by Sales tax people and it can be released only after a hearing is arranged in the court and ebay pays the penalty fixed by the court. Now I have placed a complain to get my refund on May17, 2013 and after a week also ebay is saying the same story that there claim settlement dept is in contact with courier company and they will reply shortly which has never happened. I need my money back as early as possible.
