FAKE OR TIME PASS BIDDERS

i had continuously facing these types of bidders by first three selling. Buyers just Bid and Gone away like a flying bird.. i am a newbie seller. would anyone agree with me?

If you don't receive payment form such bidders,just open a non payment case against these bidders.You can then open a second chance offer of the product so that the other bidders can buy your product.

Sell only in "Buy It Now" BIN format when you are new and when you get enough experience then sell in auction format.
