I bought Suzika Fan ordered on 10 th october & compaint to e bay no 704398
I to;d that I do not want replacement as Item is absolutely substandard
On 1st nov I escalared with Grievance Cell they asked me to wait for further instructions from them
In the meawhile on 4th nov They sent me a e mail that my claim has lapsed???????
So why they behave contradictory to each other Even now I was waiting for further instructions
The left hand in e Bay does not know what right hand is doing
I must have made 100 calls to Customer Care & Grievances officer no one picks up the call
What can I do now?
