I have been a ebay user for a long time. Though I see improvements made to the website to improve user experience its not even close to being the ideal place to shop online.
For one the categories to sort out the product a user is looking for a very less and sometimes outright wrong.
For eg: When a user searches for a Intel Core 2 Quad processor, the search results show AMD quad core processors as well. This is stupididty.
I dont even know if Ebay monitors these discussion boards or is it only for the users to lament. One thing is for sure there is huge scope for improvement here.
