i purchase a mobile on 29/4/2017 your site.Mobile name is kult 10 and paisa pay id 45182085706. The mobile is very worst all time hanging...problem..i say its ok...but after some day...the mobile not switch on...so i call custmer care..they said to me go kult service center...but when i goes service center.....then they reply me...The mobile is not genuine...original...its fake product...only name used kult company....i surprised...also i call kult service they said give imei no. ..... then he also say...the mobile not original...so why ebay send me fake product...i have proof invoice ebay mention on imei no. so everybody check this....and he email me when i purchase mobile....100% genuine...1 year warrenty....etc...and now ebay said me call the seller....this is not my duty...so my letter is ebay exchange my mobile to original brand.. or Refund me...otherwise i go to The Consumer Forum.....Thanks....
