My account was not linked with PayPal and due to paypal ebay restricted my account.
I have closed my PayPal account because it was not accepting my Valid PAN Number.
Now ebay is not reinstating my account.
I have a order which should be shipped by yesterday but I didn't due to this matter.
Should I close my ebay account?
Ebay should pay attention to this matter and help me as soon as possible.
