I request ebay to immediately look into the services offered by selling manager and to improve it.
Bulk emails is my major problem. Any email that I send if it consists of more than 1 recipient, the damm mail gets stuck for a min of 6 hrs or even more sometimes even overnight, the status always shows as "pending". What is point of having such a bulk email system where mails don't go to the buyer and is always in the pending state.
I spoke to ebay cust care today and the exec has no clue, she says load is high hence the problem, but if load is high then how come single mail goes through but not bulk mails. Than does not make sense.
Ebay please look into the matter ASAP and sort out the issue.
