Ebay not responding at all to the mails sent.

My account has been partly suspended for reason not known to me.
I sent a mail few weeks ago but I did not receive any reply from ebay (except the automated reply).
I have again sent a mail to ebay and waiting for a proper rely.

Dear Niharika pareek,

Ebay has probably suspended your account for a violation which you might have done unknowingly, which ebay cannot let you know since they have few trade secrets of some information that they do not reveal to the sellers. In this situation what ever you do is in vain as i have gone through this already. If you want to really act, you can send ebay a legal notice asking to reply since we are talking about money involved here.

i understand this will be very frustrating but i would suggest you have to take action or have to open a new account if possible.
