Ebay- no system to report counterfeit items listed

I purchased pirated software of around Rs.8,000 last week. So, I thought to add my two cents by reporting to Ebay other counterfeit listings. My experience of your ethical standards:

Report item doesn't work- server time out
Online chat- offline at 9.11 am (Friday)
1800 number- busy
Email options take me to choose one of the several options which was round robin to report item system- server time out.

So, I will see helplessly some innocent customers buying counterfeit softwares on ebay.in

No need to report anywhere. eBay has strong backend support team with them. They monitors all the listings. So no need to worry about that.
