Ebay is not answering my query after about 1 week. Pathetic!!!

Hi,

I have listed an item for auction 2 times repeatedly.

1st time my reserve price had met but winner and a member to whom I had given second chance offer hadn't shown interest in buying it.
2nd time my reserve price hadn't met but I offered second chance to a member but with no luck.

Now once again I have listed my item.

To my surprise. every time I list the item ebay is charging hefty listing fees continuously.

Now my concern is, I think the price at which I want to sell my item will become lesser than the listing charges if I will be putting my item on auctions again and again in few months which will be a loss for me.

I will become a seller who will be charged for an item which never sells.

For that I had contacted ebay support. Yet to get any reply.

Is this a way to attract people to sell on ebay or what?

How can anyone will get attached to ebay for selling an item?

Your Customer Service is very bad, after i had register my claim and after continuous follow up of that claim from last 11 days from my side, i didnt get any proper/positive response for my complaint/query. I had applied for the refund of the product(blackberry mobile) i purchased but not getting valuable(any) help from ebay and even not getting any return feedback from ebay which is hammpering my issue too much. When I am calling customer care for follow up of the product they are providing me wrong information(promises) that our team will contact u within (few hours) and ask me to keep patience from last 6 days.
