This 9tsv9 is going really too much abusive. Is there any eBay team who can take such big mouths out of here. Guys like these make any one angry but I really appreciate Mr. Pastiwala for such a polite and humble reply to him, shows his professionalism.

Hi,

This is very disheartening to know that you have received such a profane email from the buyer. I recommend that you contact the eBay India team and send an email to inrsbwebhelp@ebay.com and also follow-up personally with your account manager. eBay will definitely take a corrective action against such buyer.

I was also harassed by a member a few days back and I reported to eBay and my issue was resolved by them. I had to follow up with eBay very strongly but at the end, they helped me to deal with a member who was harassing me.

I hope you would also get justice sooner or later.

EBAY has made this site buyer friendly. It takes strict action on seller but no action on buyer. I did have one buyer ID wicked 418 who haras me lot reported to ebay trust & safety team waiting for their reply.
