Ebay.in customer service is not responding me properly.

I ordered Brand New Original Blackberry Z10 - Black mobile phone in ebay.in on June 29th, 2014. I received my package on July 4th, 2014. When I opened the package I came to know that that package is empty. Immediately I complained about this in ebay customer care.

 

They registered a complaint and gave me one claim ID. after that they told me that I will receive a call from them. But 14 days over. Till today i didnt receive any call from them. If i call customer care they are telling me to wait for another 48 hours every time. But after 48 hours if i call them they are telling the same. I fed up with this.
