This has been a terrible experience so far.
I tried to buy a digital thermometer online on 03-May. The money got deducted from my account but the transaction was not successful.
I contacted customer support. They said it will be refunded in 3 days. If it is not they will help. After three days I contacted Ebay customer care, I was informed that the complaint is registered that the ebay customer support will contact me with in three days.
I also contacted my bank and I was informed by the bank that Ebay has claimed the money and they provided the reference i.d. for the claim by ebay.
After waiting for more than a week when no communication received from Ebay, I again contacted the customer support and this time I was informed that they will contact back with in two days and I also informed the customer support that I have the claim ID provided by Bank, I was told by ebay executive that the same is not required.
It has been more than THREE WEEKS ( as against the claim of 3 days), but no serious intent has been shown by EBAY to solve my problem.
It shows that the ebay guarantee is just to FOOL the customers.
I regret my decision to try Ebay.
