Ebay gift not yet received

I have not got my gift ( for the transaction done 60 days before) from ebay. The details of my purchase are as shown below.

I have already contacted ebay regarding this matter one month before. This was their response:

for which you have availed EBAYDUSS07 as you have received the product
from the seller's end you will defiantly receive the gift as the maximum
timeline for the gift to be receive at your end is 60 days. 60days is
maximum time that we assist you may receive it before also.


But now it is more than 60 days and I havent received anything....This is really bad from an online shopping site ebay. I was not at all expecting this from your side.
Today I found that it is not only me but a lot of ebay customers are facing this problem.

Hope my gift will be sent at the earliest. I was considering ebay as one of the fraud free site but now it see like ebay them self has became the biggest fraud.....

Why these guys are simply making gift coupons if they can't deliver the same....These guys are simply cheating us.....Not even responding to our complaints...Really bad
