Susequently when I try, it displays "Oops, you are not eligible...".

Now, why do you need any extra auhentication to claim free gift in the first place when notmal transactions pass through fine? Your policies are non-customer friendly, frustrating and confusing.

Just check my payment history and send me a wireless keyoard and mouse that I deserve ASAP.

I have made 2 purchases totalling 40 thousand and everytime i try the link for redeeming my diwali gift, it throws up screen that i am not eligible for this promotion and on other occasion the error as mentioned below.
My item id's are

181022631852

I have already sent out multiple mails to Customer support but no reply for any of them. I am not sure what ebay is intending with this unprofessional attitude.
Kindly if some customer service representative is reading this post, assist with the problem.

Just for the record I tried again, again and again and each time facing the same problem.

Iam tracking it here because, tomorrow if the gift redumption time expires and the customer care asks why I dint claim earlier, I have proof that I tried.

Btw, My attempts to reach customer care has been futile till now.

Hello, ebay!

It has been an utterly dissapointing experience with regards to diwali gifts.

Trying to reach customer care has always resulted in dead ends.

More than losing gifts, it is the thought of being cheated that is more painful.

It pains to think that ebay.in is spoiling the name of such a great online shopping giant ebay.com.

Unlike earlier days, now there are plentiful online services to take care of my purchases and am not dependent on ebay.

At this jucture I would like to thank you for your services this long but I will be forfeiting your services going forward and choose better online retailers.

Never did I think this day would come based on the reputation of ebay.com.
