My DUSSERA-2011 free gift not received yet.
I had made a purchase(ITEM: 330617630194) on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 11:49 AM, via paisapay(PAISAPAY ID:30056353547) for a total amount of Rs. 8,400.00 using State Bank of India online bank transfer and eBay gift voucher / promotion code EBAYDUSS03.
Since i had made payments via paisapay, i was elegible to choose a free gift from ebay as a part of their DUSSERA offer, and I opted for a philips web cam. But i have not receivd my free gift yet. Pls respond ebay ppl.

Till date I haven't got my free gift for my purchase during August 15 offer.

These shameless E-bay Idiots will remove every post that you complain against them..

Absolutely disgusting customer care.....So, I have stopped buying on E-bay. There is no other site which cheats customers as much as E-bay does.

They follow cheap tactics to lure customers and more than 50% of buyers are dissatisfied here.

I had a chat with ebay customer service and they said that it would take some time to get the gift. I think it took 2 months to get that gift. So, ebay is saving its name. I received Philips webcam in brand new un-opened condition 🙂

That brings a smile in my face.

I too have not received the 1 tb external drive as per the dussera coupon used, please have someone from your customer relations dept call me as I have tried repeatedly to contact you and am only kept on hold for very long, I had purchased an ipad2 for 38400 Rs.
