I have ordered a bulb from ebay and that product was completaly broken, The packing was bubble plastic packing and may be becase of that it was broken. I had took the 3-4 snap immediately after open that product and also attached with my Claim, but I don't understand why they closed my Claim saying that "Buyer cancelled his claim request - Claim Closed", I have also send a snap on the following mail id insellerverification@ebay.com& inlogistic@ebay.com but there is no respond till now, I am very much disappoined. I will few more days and then I will take some legal action, As I have the clear picture of product and there it is clearly showing that product was broken.
