Dear community members Please beware when you are assigned a claim adjuster for your buying claim or selling claim.
Specially the claim Adjuster name Poonam I am sharing this because this is the fourth claim on which claim team has duped me.There claims were as a seller and now one claim as a buyer.
The claim team is just concern in closing the claim with all possible wrong commitments. My recent claim as a buyer for a spring mattress.In which I was asked to send the item back and as it was a mattress so the parcel would be big enough to go in volumetric. The shipping fees were communicated to the claim adjuster on which she said please ship the item not a problem it will be reimbursed to you via coupon.
After shipping the item back it the reimbursement coupon was denied stating that excessive shipping. Coupon cannot be granted a word by supervisor of a customer support.
It was very shocking to see that after communicating the the claim adjuster the shipping charges. Before shipping it was fine with then and once its shipped they turn from their words.
Its my humble suggest to the buyer's do not ship the item back on the words of Poonam rather trust a seller.
Also now when I am following up via emails and phone call she is not responsive.
Being a seller I am not going to co-operate to this claim adjuster in my near future business.
