I have bougth item in approx sept-2012.There running promotin that free gift with assure 32 GB pendrive.Ebay send me only gift and said 32 GB pendrive will send after few days.Today more then 10 month passed yet not send.I have chat more 30 times and every times they said we will call back you and we will send you shortly.
Help me some one now What can I do?
I need help closing or replying a dispute in ebay, I ordered a item and paid using CC, by mistake the same is also ordered by Cheque Payment request I want to close the dispute raised by Seller how to ?
You can file a complaint with the District Consumer Court provided you have all the relevant documents from eBay promising you this Gift on purchase of a specific product.
Apparently, eBay India is indulging in Unfair Trade Practice that is punshiable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code. You can also mark a copy to the MRTP Commission i.e. Monopolies and Resctrictive Trade Practices Commission.
