Ebay Error :
I wanted to Re-list my item no. 6212013653 , during the process I made several changes. Also I cancelled the Gallery Featured Fee of Rs. 75.00 , added the free gallery type look-free as I wanted to list it in multiple categories, said ok and my fees for the week was Rs.30.00
However after some editing, I found the Gallery Featured Fee of Rs. 75.00 back and no way of removing this fee and button said clik submit button To Review and Submit. Thinking I could make the change again I clicked, it however relisted straightaway.
I have no doubt this was done in purpose to collect higher revenues, I did not believe that Ebay cheated while reading discussion boards, but will have to consider it so if this amount of Rs. 75.00 is not immediately removed from my account and option to go for multiple relist. Cancel this re-list if you have to.
Also feedback columns say your customer service is very bad where you dilly dally and ask for unnecessary information time and again to tire us down. I will not provide any more info, jolly well chek my account as it's your error. Cancel re-list.
immediate answer would be appreciated,
thanks
James

Hello,
I recieved a answer to my mailbox, where ebay says they infer I submitted including. I can confirm that I am experienced user of computers, internet and my English too is not bad. I can understand the difference.
I can now not infer but confirm that as Ebay are interested in holding on to the Rs. 75.00, if no correction is made/ re-list cancelled at no charge, i am not interested in arguing and a payment will be made tommorrow.
If any cheats are reading this plz Note the big time companies are the biggest cheats. They cheat customers in many many ways you would not even know about. I can confidently say this as I have inside knowledge without specifying further.
thanks
James

Dear james_nice
Thank you for writing about your experience. Would like to inform you that there is an option to change the listing upgrades when you are re-listing an item before submitting the listing. One needs to click on the "Edit Pictures and Details section" and in this section you can select / de-select the options you wish to go ahead while re-listing your item (in the particular case deselect Gallery Feature and Select Gallery) and then click on "save changes" and you will find the changes getting reflected before you submit the listing. Review your listing and then submit it.
Having said that parallely we have taken note that may be the message can be more user friendly and direct users to the Edit Pictures & Details link in case they want to make the changes in listing upgrades which should avoid the confusion. Thanks for the feedback.
Hope your query is answered. Should you have any more questions do write in and will be happy to answer the same
Regards,
Rajesh

Hi,
Has been sorted out, thanks.
Should have checked the "Edit Pictures and Details section:, however as it did not say anything about changing the fee and I forgot how I got there in the first place.
thanks
