Ebay Refund not Initiated yet

My paisapay registration was suspended, so my remittance was going back to buyer's account.

But it's since ten days, refund isn't even initiated.
Tried talking to Ebay live support, but pathetic result.

They don't even try to understand what i'm talking about. They always talk about escalating my case, which is done thrice.

So i thought about posting it in community forum.

Let's see what Indraneel can do.

If eBay refunds the money to the buyer then just call up the buyer and request him to write you a cheque. Send him the product and complete the transaction.

eBay's escalating process is indeed slow. You will have to keep them reminding every now and then.

This is the main thing, they aren't even refunding to buyers since 14days.

Now they are one more thing since days tht we've refunded the buyers since 3-4days and it'll take more 4-5 days..

They think we're fool, 8-9days for a NEFT transfer.. It jus takes 2days to transfer online..

See, normally refund takes 7+5=12 days. It is their way of processing it.

I had a case of refund to my buyer. Buyer asked me not to ship and give him a refund. So I did not entered the shipping details in my PaisaPay A/c. I also told eBay that I would like to refund the buyer.

eBay told me that after 7 days the refund process will begin. This process will take another 5 days. However, if I confirm in written (by email) mentioning the details to the team, then they will wave the extra 5 days of process to just 1 day. And yes they did. So my refund process took 7+1=8 days.
