Ebay Pls Guide if we can sell Spy pen on Ebay India

Dear Ebay,

We are thinking of importing and selling spy pens on ebay india. However we want to be sure it is legally allowed and within ebay guidelines. If you can pls look in to these links and let me know if it is allowed i will be highly oblighed.

The description of the item is okay and within the guidelines as long as it does not directly states that it is refering to spy. As Amitavaji (amitava123gems) and Meenu (jaipur_fashions) rightly pointed out we have a policy around Electronic Surveillance Equipment which does not permit the sale of products that are designed primarily to record the private oral, wire, or electronic conversations of others without their knowledge or permission.

As long as the item description itself does not allude to being able to watch someone without that person knowing about it you should be able to list them and these will be permitted on eBay.

In a nutshell, you can sell and list these on eBay being very careful about the description.
