Ebay Missing Transaction. No call from ebay even after 72hrs.

Hello,

on Dec. 12, 2012 i bought Item number: 280995632053.
i made payment from Credit card.
Transaction was failed on eBay but amount was debited in my bank.
i called eBay customer support they told me that i will get a call from eBay within 72hrs regarding this issue and i will either get a refund or the order will be placed.

but its already 72hrs and i have not got any calls from eBay.

Please someone help me. its a big transaction amount.

From what you've said it seems that you experienced a missing transaction . This happened due to a technical issue at payment gateway. Generally, missing transaction get refunded within 72 working hours. However, in case if you have still not received it, please write us on incswebhelp@ebay.com with following details:

Mode of Payment:
Bank or Credit Card issuer:
Date and time of the transaction:
Amount deducted:

We will check with our bank and update you! 🙂
