I had opend a claim on 05-12-2014 and no progress till now.Ebay had send a different product and my money is stuck . it Is almost 10 days i had paid to ebay
Whenever you buy online try to buy anything from the trusted sellers. Check the sellers rating. For now try to contact the seller using his email id or by calling directly.
i feel it should be from a trusted site bcz we buyer will never know who is the trusted seller. Ebay should stand guarantee for that but sadly they are not...
