I have brought 2 DVD drives from a seller on November and he failed to deliver it. So I want refunds for 2 items. For 1 I got refund on 4th Dec but for the 2nd I am still in the dark and waiting for ebay refund. On 28th Dec 2012 I got confirmation message from ebay Guarantee claim Dept. that within 15 days they will deliver my money but still not delivered and today is 14th january 2013. I called the customer care personals and they don't understand the problem. I give 5 to 6 messages to ebay customer care telling and giving whatever documents I have but surprisingly they remains silent.
I am very surprised and agonized to see this behaviour from ebay where my money is locked somewhere.

E bay approved the refund and i got message from ebay that money will be credited with in 15 days but till same has not been received. I gave 5-6 message through email to ebay but not received any positive reponse.
