I have been using ebay for more than 10 years now (ID: kumbhkaran). I have never faced any issues until now. On February 17, 2014, I filed a claim (Claim ID: 412169) with the Indian Ebay site. But your team in India is so inefficient that until today (which is more than 20 days that you promise to resolve an issue), no one has cared to get back to me, let alone resolve the issue.
I have been following up regularly, only to be told that the person handling the case is not in office. Is it my fault/problem that the person is not in office? What do you appoint team leaders for, if cases go ignored like this?
I expected a much better experience from ebay. But you have proved that you are no different that the remaining indian sites, who provide poor customer service!
i would like my refund no later than March 5th, failing which I will file a complaint in the Consumer Court.
