i dont understand how can a ebay employer gives refund to buyer without even confirming seller same happened with me and i lost my 9500 mobile phone claim adjuster mr kaustaubh gave refund to buyer without confirming me and now even the mobile courier person has delievered to some strange person i am not able to trace mobile also and if we post against ebay policy they always have a eye on this things but they cant have a eye on our problems they are always ready to protect there policy but what about sellers money they will never take inititative for it.

Samw thing happened to me recently..The courier could not deliver my parcel.Buyer initiated refund.I want to ship the product through another courier.But ebay does not allow me to ship through another courier as shipping details cannot be changed.They will refund money back to the buyer.
