I recently purchased an item from ebay & received a wrong item, therefore opened a claim 1007154. after a week i received a call from customer care & they asked me to return the product when i asked for return pick up they rudely said this service is not available.
However i managed to return it through courier & provided the shipment proof through mail, but after another week they closed my claim saying i did not provided the return shipment proof & no one bother to call me & inform before closing the claim.
i wrote a mail again & still waiting for resolution.
Buying on ebay has become a nightmare, no return pick up, most of the time get faulty/wrong material, time consuming process & we should be prepared to spend lot of time chasing them for our money....etc their standards are very low when compaired to companies like Amazon, snapdeal....etc
