Ebay (Doubleclick) Links lead to Porn Sites?

In the last two months, I have noticed that several promotional links from the homepage do not work. This could be a problem with my computer, but I am pointing it out in case the problem is from your side.

These links usually start with 'http://ebay.doubleclick.net' and lead to blank pages.

Today, however, these links are leading to pages outside ebay. The pages advertise porn movies:

There may be a serious problem with your Doubleclick.net account. It is very irritating to click on links on the Ebay homepage and have them lead to blank pages. And being taken to a porn advertisement is worse.

I clicked on the links you have mentioned and they are going to ebay pages only.

It seems you have spyware / adwared on your pc which is directing you those porn site.

Have you pc cleaned using a lot of freeware adware / spyware removal tools availble on the net. Some of the good ones are spybot - search and destroy and Ad-Adware.

Go to microsoft.com, download antispyware beta and clean your system. Install a good pop-up blocker. This will help you a lot. Regards,
