Ebay CHEATS me "again"!!!!! : DIWALI PRO(scam)MOTION

today as expected (after a lot of delays!) the ebay website has posted the gift selection banner in it's homepage.

but what an EXPECTED surprise.
- I clicked the link and was asked to verify my ID
- I was asked my account verification question
- after i answered the question a code was sent to my email id
- I received the mail which had the code (within 2 minutes)
now here is the surprising part
- as i copied the code and entered submit
SORRY AN ERROR OCCURRED
close this link and please try again after some time

so i did the same but the next time i entered the same page it shows

SORRY YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROMOTION
what the hell!!!!
(since i was not allowed to type abusive words)

now ebay has proved it's innocence (nonsense) again!!!

Have you called Customer Care on 18002093229 regarding the same ? please let us know if you did.(What they said?) because i just checked and i am facing the same problem but time gone for calling Customer Care as their lines are open for 7:30PM only. I am just waiting for the morning so that i can call eBay customer care regarding the same. I think there is something wrong with their server, as they dont cheat anyone.
I will reply after calling them tomorrow.
Please let us know if anyone with same problem have called eBay regarding the same problem.

now ebay's lazy tech guys have finally got the link working and I chose my gifts.
then again,
- no shipment id?
- no transaction id?
- no reference number?

well a necessary innocence(nonsense) required by the ebay to delay the customers from knowing their shipment and delivery dates so they can consume upfrom 60 to 90 days

While trying to claim the free gift from ebay site , I am getting authentication error with the thirdparty server. I tried several time and every time the issue comes while authentication. It’s been long time since this issue happening. ebay, Please correct this.

My PaisaPay code is 271015366710. I purchased item worth 11300 on 14th Nov 2012. Now I am getting the message that "Oops!! Sorry you are not eligible for this promotion"... What the hell????? As per their description, last date for redemption is 1st Dec.

I have made 2 purchases totalling 40 thousand and everytime i try the link for redeeming my diwali gift, it throws up screen that i am not eligible for this promotion and on other occasion the error as mentioned below.

I have already sent out multiple mails to Customer support but no reply for any of them. I am not sure what ebay is intending with this unprofessional attitude.

Ebay india a big time fraud. They are least interested for any customer issues. Sent lot of mail to then on the same issue. No responses till date.

Only response i get , that i have violated the terms and policy and they may suspend the account.

Ebay have guts and answer the quries.
