Sometime back I put my Mobile on sale on Ebay. After bidding some Mr. Natvar won the bid. But he didn't pay. I called him but he didnt respond. I dont know whats the use of bidding process, if ebay is not taking any deposit amount from the bidder. In this way, anybody can ruin any bids by bidding without any responsibility. Also on the site, there is no option of Negative Feedback to be given to the buyer. So if he wants he can again bid & ruin somebody's precious time & effort.. Whats Ebay doing about this I dont know ?
