But ebay denies for me to contact him ??
Where shall i end up now when i Returned the shipment and don’t know to whom i actually Paid ?
Its a Three way Triangle when i call ebay customer care they just end up the conversation
Disrespecting buyer by saying to contact the SELLER directly as the claim date ended ?
CUSTOMER CARE REALLY SUCKS who dont know how to resolve issues who only knows typing usernames and asking
information.
When i contact the SELLER he asks me to contact Claim adjuster Ashish ? as they directs
To say that they have instructed to Refund Me with acceptence.
Seller not contactable on phone whats next ..consumer forum or IT 2008 act under frauding case
or where shall i end up ?
Help me in this regards i am really frustrated with EBAY shopping i never faced with sify or rediffmart or indiaplaza anytime like this they resolved the issues very fastly and i am satisfied.
Kindly assist me on claiming the refund.
