Hi, I have not received the gift offered as part of the purchase done during 'Winter Carnival PROMOTION’. I was suppose to receive a Logitech webcam. However I have not received it yet. The purchase was done on 08-Dec-11 under the PaisaPay ID 30344851638. I had received a mail stating the registered address is undeliverable and asking for a replacement shipping address. I did furnish a replacement shipping address and after almost 2 months of purchase. I received a call from ebay asking for another shipping address. Please note that both the shipping address and registered address are valid and I receive packages and posts through all the major carriers. So there is no question of invalid shipping address. I had send multiple emails to your support department and tried chat and phone support options to know the status of the Gift offered. But still my questions remain unanswered. Where is the Gift? IS THIS a JOKE? I was suppose to receive a call back as per the voice support agent who took the call. But so far no one call and I have not received the offered gift. Is there anyone to answer this? Would I receive the Gifts as offered?
