EVEN AFTER 30 DAYS OF CLAIM RESOLUTION.... CLAIM AMOUNT NEITHER CRDITED NOR ANY INTIMATION

DEAR SIR,

 

AFTER WAITING FOR 30 LONG DAYS , I AM WRITING TO YOU ONCE AGAIN.

 

THE ISSUE IS:

 

I PURCHASED A COMBO (KEYBOARD + MOUSE) SET ON 18/8/2014

IT WAS DELIVERED DEFECTIVE ON 22/08/2014.

 

I IMMEDIATELY FILED CLAIM (CLAIM ID 618863)

 

THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED ON 29/08/2014 AND I WAS PROMISED TO GET 400RS COUPON IN THAT REGARD.

 

NOW I HAVE BEEN KEPT WAITING FOR REASONS I DONT KNOW.

 

EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NO REPLIES.

 

ISSUES HAVE BEEN ESCALATED THRICE BUT NO RESPONSE.

 

I HAVE TALKED TO MS. ***, MS.*** AND SOME MORE...EVERY TIME I WAS GIVEN A LAME EXCUSE OF TECHINCAL ERROR.

 

BEING A FREQUENT ONLINE SHOPPER I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A DISGUSTING AND SHAMEFUL RESPONSE FROM ANY OF YOUR COMPETITIVE RIVALS.

 

 

 

IN THE END I STILL SEE A HOPE THAT MY COUPON WILL BE ISSUED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE WITHOUT AGAIN GIVING A TIME SLOT OF 10 "WORKING DAYS".
