EMI METHOD NOT WORKING FOR HDFC AND CITI BANKS

I HAVE TRIED BUYING THROUGH HDFC CREDIT CARD ON 3 MONTH EMI SCHEME BUT FINALLY THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS BEING SHOWN AS TRANSACTION COST.I HAVE CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION AS I DIDNT HAVE THE FULL MONEY BUT IT SHOWED THAT THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE.WAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING.

as of now EMI option is available for Credit Cards only.

hey guys, i was checking out a product the other day (29 november) and when i got to the payment page, i selected emi as the payment option (HFC Bank) but due to insufficient balance my payment was not successfull (credit card limit was exceeded). 

Then the next day (30 november), when i had my credit card balance cleared, i did the same and at the emi option, HDFC bank was not mentioned at all. It was there a day before that and it was disabled the other day. 

I did not find any news or announcements regarding that , so if you guys can tell me more about it.

I Have Tried Buying Through HDFC Credit Card On 12 Month EEMI Scheme But Finally The Total Amount Is Being Shown As Transaction Cost. What The Hell Is Happening?
