EBay SUCKS

I did a transaction on 3rd of Sept to purchase a mobile phone. Though the transaction was completed but the ebay showed an error massage. The amount of Rs. 14,200/- has already charged to my credit card.

I am repeatedly following-up with the EBay customer support team and Paisa Pay Support team, but they are not giving me any suitable answer.

Its been 4 days (96 hours) and they always say that they need some more time to track this transaction and they will call me back in some time to give the status of my request. But they never called me back.

Now i get the feeling that I am cheated by the EBay.

I will never use EBay in the future and not suggest anybody to use it.

You must email the snapshot of the charges in your credit card statement to ircswebhelp@ebay.com

Mention the item number/Date and approximate time so that they can track out the transaction. Also mention your contact number in the email, so that they can call you in case they find something relevant record regarding their payment. Best Regards
