I m a middle class person earned money n booked a mobile iPhone on eBay unluckly on 17 March 2016 .....I have received a damaged item n returned to the seller On April from they are asking me to wait till the cal comes and never been... Fรง** they said your claim is closed n said like it has reopens again,.. that seller has not been responding and playing with the customer now it's been 4 months no REFUND NO REPLACEMENT 4 MONTHS HAVE GONE. ...Cheap to cheat a Customers like this .,Shame on EBAY
