Hementerprices is a big fraud seller!
I clearly told him to cancel the order before despatching the item only, if not match
with the item shown in his fraud listing. Actually he didn't have the item which he posted in his listing:
Moreover he told psycho!!!
Shame less lier also comes with different names to cover his sins. I donno.....who is who......

There are many members (both buyers and sellers) in the community board.
I can understand that you are dissatisfied with the product. The seller has responded to your mail and asked to return the product for the full refund inclusive of the courier charges that you bear.
My opinion is, do contact your seller and get the refund in a smooth way rather than mouthing bad words on everybody.

I have found some very good sellers, who delivery the product within two days of payment everytime.
Also I have experienced some sellers who make lot of excuses and cancel the shipment.
Raj, when I bid or buy a product the idea is not to take the money back, but to use the product.
Srini, I have had couple of bad experience but many good ones. I think you should be a little and foul lang only hurts others, should not use it.
Mainly I think Ebay is having a big issue in coordination, which could be leading to customer unsatisfaction.

Seller has lost nothing, ebay also lost nothing but my money is blocked for 7 days of seller time + time taken for refund process and what not.
Who is going to compensate the time wasted in whole process ? I could have bought something else if i had my money with me.

You have purchased the item on 16.08.09. As per eBay (PaisaPay) rule seller can ship you item by 22.08.09. You should wait till 22.08.09 then complain. You have started calling your seller (and all the sellers of eBay) fraud from 19.08.09. Why don't you wait till 22.08.09? Why are you thinking that seller has relisted the mobile purchased by you. He might have got similar mibile one more and got that relisted.

But most of the times it is seen that it is the BUYERS hurriedness which makes the matter worst. But I wont say BUYERS are problem here as every buyer wants to get items fast & of good quality.
I would also sugget Sellers that they shouldn't take the 7days time to ship out but try to do it earliest and also it would be better to email / contact buyer if there is delay.
There are many sellers who sells on Different websites and it is not possible to have stock all the time.
KEEPING in mind about this, BUYER should always wait for atleast for max 10 to 15 days if they are buying ONLINE. If they are in a hurry then they should buy from their local area visitng the stores without going for ONLINE.

i agree with you i also faced the same thing i bought a sofa bed from a seller <Removed> - OEDER OF 5 in 1 Air-U-Space Sofa bed, lounger Free Sauna Belt (160309361873)โhe sent the product but dint workd for evena day and i got no return from him
in other words he sent a damaged product and when i called him he told i cannot do any thing.
my suggestion to all pls donot buy any thing from him
