EBAY have full of FRAOUD & LIER sellers isn't it?

All sellers in ebay are learnt to show attactive things & shipping the items which ever the dung they have in their godowns. I insisted several seller to send the item exactly shown in the Lising otherwise reject the order and send money back before shipping the item itstelf. But all sellers dumping the dung to buyersDUE TO FATAL NEGLEGENCE OF EBAY; after dumping dung they learnt to tell very common lies ie "out of station/out of stock":

Hi, this buyer is real fraud and threat to all ebay sellers he ordered us for wt scale and we delivered it perfectly after few days he called me stating you should send me strob brand scale or else he will give me negative feedback and started blackmailing me but i have never mentioned strob in my listing then how and why should i deliver strob what i have listed i should deliver this means buyer orders for tata nano and demands for santro or else he will give us negative feedback and blackmails me atlast i told him if you are not satisfied then send it back for full refund with compensation of courier expense also but finally he gave big negative feedback and the same he has done with other sellers also so my personal request to all ebay sellers just block this buyer we dont need such type of buyers

You have clearly shown the image of a STROB weighing scale and some other weighing scale in your listing. Then why are you saying " I never mentioned STROB in my listing. This means very clearly that you want to attract the buyers by showing good quality products and then send some inferior quality material.

And you are also at fault, you should have clarified with the seller before you placed the order, what make scale he is going to supply and only then you should have ordered. He has offered you a refund so then what's your problem, take the refund if you are unhappy and finish the matter. The seller has committed here that he will give you a refund less courier expenses but his courier charges for this item is FREE DELIVERY so infact you will get back your full payment.

ebay has become children's playground where children fight and say "he took my sweet so I pushed him". Come-on all sellers and buyers grow-up and act like matured people. Do business in a fair and just manner and stop behaving like children.

Hi, thanks for comment rajelectroniks we do agree with you but why sellers everytime suffer, in our listing we have clearly mentioned the picture of scale which is available and we do accept the strob pic is also available in one side but we had cleared with buyer that strob wont be supplied because of out of stock then only it was couriered and now after 10 days he complained in a silly manner that he wants strob because he dosent like this pc there is nothing wrong but he dosent like it so only then we appealed that kindly send the pc back for full refund when he has to loose nothing as he say he dont have time but for all this he has time like mailing now and then continously calling us and all we have given him all options for couriering back but all in vain what else do you expect from a seller???????, 😄 the same he has done with other sellers,

Maintain some decency in the discussion board and mind your language. Do not brand all sellers as fraud. The seller has already mentioned the following:

"If you are not satisfied then send it back for full refund with compensation of courier expense"

Why don't you get the refund and stop throwing your dirty venom here?
