I was recently cheated by <Removed> Ebay India. i have booked a phone Xiaomi Redmi 4a from their seller <Removed> company on 4th May .The packet which was delivered by their agent FedeX to me on 10th May was loaded with a Washing Soap instead of phone , MI is only available in Flash sale in Amazon so I think its a fake claim of seller having a phone and when i got a soap it was proved. I have all the proofs and i approached Ebay Claim department under Ebay Guarantee which claims 100% refund and they took 20 days to resolve this matter and to my disappointment they today told me the phone is delivered as per investigation and they wont take my claim further and its rejected. Ebay kind of branded company along with some petty trading companies are playing with consumers when I said I will approach consumer court. I think all should be aware of such Fraud and Cheaters.
