I ordered for <Removed> white boots of rupees 1299 with paisa id 45031724795,but unfortunately they delivered a wrong item , I contacted the seller but the number was not reachable,I contacted eBay customer care they promised to help me . So they arranged for a pick up through delhivery courier service.after confirmation of pick, I was told to wait for 5- 7 working days that they will send my refund inform of a demand draft but all in vain.
On 16 May 2017 I contacted the customer care n requested them atleast to give me my refund inform of a coupon through my email so that I can use it to purchase something else on eBay , he said it's not possible that they only send demand draft, till now am waiting for the demand draft I have not seen it n yet they asked for the proper address n all my details which I gave them.so am wondering is this fraud?
