EBAY REFUNDED MONEY TO THE BUYER WITHOUT INVESTIGATING, ON THAT CASE BUYER IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND, I HAVE ALL CALL RECORDINGS BETWEEN EBAY CLAIM ADJUSTERS, EXECUTIVES, TEAM LEADER AND ME. AS PER SENIOR EXECUTIVES THEY SAID REMARKS WILL BE CORRECT SOON BUT AFTER 3 WEEKS EBAY EXECUTIVES CALLS AND SAID DO NOT RECIEVE PARCEL WHICH BUYER SENT TO YOU.. IT WAS WRONGLY RETURNED TO YOU AND IT WAS CLAIM ADJUSTERS REMARKS FAULT. AFTER MANY WEEKS I GOT A MAIL FROM EBAY THAT CLAIM HAS RESOLVED AND GETTING REFUND APPROVAL TO THE BUYER WITHOUT INVESTIGETING. AFTER INVESTIGATING IT WILL BE FOUND BUYER IS NOT ELIGIBLE ANY KIND OF REFUND, I WANT MY MONEY WHICH I SOLD AND DELIVERED TO THE BUYER. I WANT MY MONEY IN MINIMUM WORKING DAYS.
